Position : Fleet Personnel Executive
Job Descriptions:
· Ensure efficiency of crewing functions such as timely crew documentation, crew sourcing, recruitment and retention.
· Ensure joining crews have the necessary competency qualifications to adhere to all applicable regulations and clients requirements.
· Ensure timely update and completeness of crew data in company database.
· To invite/contact new crew to build up/strengthen Sygnius pool of seafarers.
Qualifications : 0-2 years of Experience in Sourcing Seafarers.
