Receptionist - Office Assistant


Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, organized full time graduate and dependable female receptionist - office assistant having minimum experience of 3 years with good English communication skills.
Age: Not more than 40 yrs.
Work location - Mumbai.
Candidate must:-
  • be able to communicate effectively and must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / Outlook etc.)
  • have excellent interpersonal and organization skills
  • have the ability to multi task
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Greeting and interacting with seafarers and other visitors
  • Handling phone calls and directing to the concerned staff.
  • Obtain Purchase quotations and related communications.
  • Summarizing travel bills and other vendor bills.
  • Typing of letters and other correspondence as and when required.
  • Data entry into Company Software’s.
  • Other work as required by Company.
