We are looking for a motivated, organized full time graduate and dependable female receptionist - office assistant having minimum experience of 3 years with good English communication skills.
Age: Not more than 40 yrs.
Work location - Mumbai.
QualificationsCandidate must:-
- be able to communicate effectively and must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / Outlook etc.)
- have excellent interpersonal and organization skills
- have the ability to multi task
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and interacting with seafarers and other visitors
- Handling phone calls and directing to the concerned staff.
- Obtain Purchase quotations and related communications.
- Summarizing travel bills and other vendor bills.
- Typing of letters and other correspondence as and when required.
- Data entry into Company Software’s.
- Other work as required by Company.
