Head of Crewing

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

The Head of Crewing is responsible for providing strategic leadership and managing all crewing operations for the fleet, ensuring compliance with international and regional maritime regulations

Role Requirements:

·Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the crewing industry, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (sailing background preferred)

·Expertise: Strong understanding of offshore crewing requirements for major charters and in-depth knowledge of maritime regulations.

·Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams with strong organizational and strategic thinking skills.

·Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

·Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
